At CaretGoods, every product is made to order and printed specifically for each customer. That means we don’t keep bulk inventory or pre-made stock.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because each item is printed individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit or material preference, or color variation due to screen differences.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at caretgoodsofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation.
  • Refunds are issued only for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Size Issues

Since all garments are custom-printed, please refer carefully to our size chart before ordering. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing preferences.

If the size received differs from what was ordered, we’ll replace the item free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads or gift cards.
  • All made-to-order apparel and accessories unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
